A special gift to the children's cancer ward
A reading corner, living room and book Library for the children's cancer ward.
Cluj companies kindly donated beautiful furniture and hundreds of brand new books to make a special reading corner for all the children to use on while being treated on ward.
Christmas is fun! All the little people everywhere just love this time of year! The Little People Association have formed a special partnership with Libri book stores. The partnership is centered around bringing books, books and even more books to as many children as possible in schools, hospitals, community centers. One special place is the children's cancer ward in Cluj Napoca. The previously empty hall was transformed through the generous donations of local companies. Six new pieces of a couch set, new carpets and custom made bookshelves were put in to make a perfect place for the children and parents to relax on while on ward. The reading corner was made complete with over 200 brand new books for the Little People’s volunteers to read with the children in the afternoons.
